7673B / G1513A ALS Tower Vial Stripper Upgrade (solves 07673-61300 failures)
This high use part is found in the 18593B and G1513A injector towers, and has listed for around $360 on
the manufacturers site. The original design continues to exhibit friction problems that develop from spring
galling, torque and other sources, which over time will continue to create Turret Errors & Syringe Errors.
They show up initially as intermittent errors and cause a lot of Customer frustration. The upgrade kit
from GLTS removes the failure modes completely, installs in 5 minutes, and sells for $188.00 list.


1100 LC Pump Damper Adjust Module (solves Damper 79835-60005 drift problem)
The Damper module is the pressure sensing portion of the 1100 and some 1200 LC pump modules. A
portion of these will exhibit a drift problem where at zero pressure the electronics will be reading a negative
pressure signal from the Damper. If the interpreted pressure signal is found in the zero to -3 bar range, the
system will display a pressure value of “0” bar. If the signal is -4 bar or lower, the system will declare
“Pressure Signal Missing” and shut down the pump. There is no built-in calibration capability, and the
standard fix requires replacing the expensive Damper assembly with another of the same design. The GLTS
Damper Adjust Module can be installed in-line with the damper cable on the way to the main board.



There are two adjustment screws that allow the zero offset correction for the drift, and if desired, the
scaling of the output in case on-site calibration to a pressure standard is desired. The list price for this
